About this program

Pride Pathways: Future LGBTQ+ Leaders is a comprehensive talent development training program, specifically designed to prepare early and mid-career LGBTQ+ people for leadership.

The goal of the program is to set LGBTQ+ employees firmly on the path towards the next stage in their careers within their organisation. The program will contribute to the career progression of early and mid-career LGBTQ+ team members who have been identified as demonstrating high potential and a commitment to professional growth by their employers.

In addition, our program is designed to transform the organisational environment into one which fosters ongoing growth, progression, and diversity, with a solid understanding of frameworks and processes to ensure a pipeline of diverse leaders being developed and supported. We seek to reimagine what talent development programs can achieve.

This 5-month program combines in-person and online events and has been meticulously designed to address the distinct challenges and opportunities that LGBTQ+ employees and supportive organisations encounter.

Course structure

  • 5 monthly online leadership retreats with experiential activities, group coaching and triad breakout discussions.
  • 2 individual deep coaching sessions over 6 months.
  • Strengthen your organisation.
  • Senior manager LGBTQ+ sponsorship training.
  • Support to develop internal sponsorship pathways.
  • Access to 2 exclusive in-person LGBTQ+ Trailblazer events.
  • Additional in-person networking opportunities
  • Graduation event.

Estimated time commitment of 10–12 hours per month, for 5 months.
