Members have requested we take the conversation about LGBTQ workplace diversity and inclusion to the Northern Territory, which we are thrilled to do in Darwin this June.

Northern Territory Tropical Reach is open to the wider community of employers and employees in the Northern
Territory, including state and local governments, small businesses and community employers. The event is
designed to assist organisations and their teams on their journey of LGBTQ inclusion within workplaces, and share
challenges, opportunities and better practices from across Australia and internationally.
