Northern Territory Tropical Reach is open to the wider community of employers and employees in the Northern
Territory, including state and local governments, small businesses and community employers. The event is
designed to assist organisations and their teams on their journey of LGBTQ inclusion within workplaces, and share
challenges, opportunities and better practices from across Australia and internationally.

On June 21, we will chair a series of workshops focusing on awareness and enablement. Specifically, it will include
discussions on critical elements of LGBTQ inclusion gleaned from the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI)
benchmark and other research. Questions about what is next for organisations, leaders, HR professionals and
employee networks will be addressed.
